Youth Choir is a place for adolescent youth to learn about their changing voices and how to use them properly to honor the Lord. Music is chosen with specific vocal ranges to allow young men and women to sing regularly and successfully all through the various stages of vocal change. The choir sings in worship services as scheduled. The choir explores a wide variety of music including: classical choral literature, folk-hymns, spirituals, gospel songs, and contemporary music. Emphasis on placed on creating a place to belong and sharpening skills and confidence to lead worship and express a personal walk with the Lord.
At least every other year, Youth choirs take mission trips to share the hope of Jesus Christ.
