Who can go?
Kids who have completed 3rd – 6th Grade by the end of the 2014-2015 school year
- Total cost: $254
- Non-refundable Deposit: $100 due when registering (balance for camp after deposit - $154)
- Most kids who work both fundraisers attend camp for under $100.
- 1st Fundraiser Luncheon – Sunday, September 14 following morning worship
- 2nd Fundraiser Luncheon – Sunday, October 12 following morning worship
Campers can continue to register until the camp is full. Status of camp being full can be periodically checked by going to Passport Camps and clicking on PASSPORTkids!; the Converse College site.
However, remember that the kids who do not work the fundraiser luncheons, will not share in the proceeds. If you are even considering the camp, but are not ready to commit, please let Judy know that you want your child/children to work the fundraisers just in case. If your child/children end up not attending, the proceeds would be split among those who are attending the camp. All proceeds will go towards sending kids to PASSPORTkids!
Chaperones need to check with Judy BEFORE registering because she can only take a limited number of adults. Due to a change in church policy, chaperones will be required to pay ½ of the cost for camp which is $127.
